Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free on every order.

Orders go out by USPS Ground in a padded box.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email brady@otddesign.co with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return shipping instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

The full wording is in our refund policy.
